The Project, located at 500 Bollinger in San Ramon, was submitted under SB 330 and includes 17 buildings, with 82 townhomes and 7 ADUs.

Four distinct 3-story floor plans (1,881-2,180 sq ft), each featuring a 2-car garage and up to 4 bedrooms. One floor plan includes an ADU. 

Due to physical site constraints, Toll Brothers intends to apply for waivers allowed under the state density bonus law. The project will include 12 income-restricted units, with five at very low, one at low, and six at moderate income levels.
