At the March 4th, 2025, Town Council meeting, the Summerhill Homes project at 50 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road was approved.
The approved proposal will demolish the Los Gatos Lodge and build a multifamily residential development on 8.82 acres. The development would consist of 155 attached units distributed among 28 separate buildings.
The Council also approved a tentative map for condominium vesting, so this project will likely be a for-sale product.
SDG will serve as the architect. We will continue to follow this project closely and hope to see its groundbreaking in 2025.
