Novin Development Corp. has secured vital tax credit financing for Rumrill Commons, a 40-unit affordable housing development at 1820 Rumrill Boulevard. Plans call for a four-story, modular structure with 1,470 square feet of ground-floor community space and parking for 17 vehicles.
The mix of studio, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will be reserved for households earning between 30 and 80 percent of the area median income level, with 10 units set aside for adults with intellectual and development disabilities.
