City Ventures and Hunt Hale Jones Architects have submitted a proposal to develop housing in Santa Clara.

The project requires a General Plan Amendment and Rezoning from Light Industrial to High Residential. 

The proposal involves constructing two five-story podium-style multi-family residential buildings, each containing 36 residential units, and 45 townhomes with sizes ranging from 1,661 to 1,749 square feet on a 3.79-acre industrial parcel. 

The project also includes 45 studio ADU units, bringing the total unit count to 162 units. 

The proposed development includes 45 two-car garages for the townhomes and 120 parking stalls, totaling 210 parking spaces. 

The podium buildings will consist of 56 2x2.5 and 16 3x2.5 units, and the townhomes will all be 3x2 units.
