Northern California developer Swenson and Kapital Partners have completed construction on Nanda on The Alameda, a new mixed-use building in Santa Clara

Built on a previously vacant site at 2685 The Alameda, the project sits directly across the street from from Santa Clara University. The new development consists of a four-story building featuring 34 apartments over ground-floor retail space. The residential portion consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans targeted at university students, faculty, and area professionals. 

According to a leasing website, monthly rents range from approximately $4,000 to $7,500 per month for full apartments, and start at $1,499 per month for individual beds.

Pre-leasing for the residential units is now underway following the building's official grand opening.
