Less than one year after opening in Palo Alto, Presidio Bay’s 388 Cambridge development has reached full occupancy, the company announced yesterday.
According to the Bay Area-based firm, Nubank has leased both office floors at the property, making for a total of 32,618 square feet of space.
Nubank was represented by Ryan Adlesh of CBRE, while Presidio Bay was represented by Christian Prelle and Clay Jones of Colliers and Mike Courson of Newmark.
"Our vision for 388 Cambridge was to create a workplace that extends beyond the office, bringing together exceptional design, hospitality-inspired amenities and a strong connection to the surrounding neighborhood," said Presidio Bay founder and managing principal K. Cyrus Sanandaji. "We believed deeply in the long-term strength of Palo Alto and the Bay Area, even during a period of significant dislocation in the office market."
Existing ground-floor tenants at the property include LFBA Studios and Arsicault Bakery. The new occupant, Nubank, bills itself as the largest digital bank in Latin America.
