Months after acquiring 188 West Sant James near San Pedro Square in San Jose, Machine Investment Group and Centurion Real Estate Partners have unveiled a $30-revamp of the dual residential towers. 

The property, which includes 640 homes, has seen an overhaul of its lobby and amenities with design work by Steinberg Hart. New additionsl include a resident lounge, meeting spaces, and upgrades to the property's pool deck.

Individual units come in a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units, as well as a handful of two- and three-bedroom pentouse units in each tower.

Pricing starts at $425,000 for studio units and ranges to more than $900,000 for two-bedroom units. Penthouse units start at $1.88 million. Polaris Pacific is marketing the remaining units for sale.
