Construction is complete for 388 Cambridge, a mixed-use office complex in Palo Alto, developer Presidio Bay Ventures announced this week.
The project, designed by Brereton Architects in collaboration with Adean Studios, consists of a three-story building featuring 36,000 square feet of commercial space. The LEED Platinum-targeted development includes 3,418 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, which is partially occupied by LFBA Studios and Arsicault Bakery.
“388 Cambridge represents a new caliber of workplace in Palo Alto—one that blends sophistication with approachability,” said Presidio Bay Ventures founder and managing principal K. Cyrus Sanandaji in a news release. “Every element was designed with intention, offering companies a space that celebrates craftsmanship, fosters connection, and supports the way people aspire to work today.”
The building, which uses finishes including wood, marble, and brick, featuring herringbone flooring, concrete archways, and antique brass fixtures. Inside, the property is described as "spa experience" with outdoor terraces, men's and women's locker rooms with steam room and cold plunge, and other "hotel-like" offerings.
Occupants will also have access to Presidio Bay’s nearby Springline Menlo Park development, which is located three miles away
