The proposal outlines the construction of 143 for-sale, solar-powered, all-electric attached four-story townhomes on a 3.8-acre site currently designated for industrial use. 

The proposed development features a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom townhomes, with unit sizes ranging from 377 to 1,750 square feet. 

Implementation of the proposal requires a General Plan Amendment and a Rezoning of the parcel from Light Industrial to High-Density Residential. 

To accommodate residents, the project incorporates two-car garages and surface parking, providing a total of 246 parking spaces. 

Furthermore, the project addresses local housing needs by committing to on-site affordable housing, with over 30% of the for-sale dwelling units designated for very low, low-, and moderate-income households.
